Structure Guard, Inc. puts over 60 years of utility maintenance management experience at your disposal. We manufacture stainless steel, thermoplastic and hybrid trash rack systems, fully assembled and site engineered for your location.

 

We have pioneered non-metallic trash rack technology that can save you maintenance dollars from “day one”. Structure Guard thermoplastic trash racks are manufactured in all configurations from 3/4" clearance to heavy industrial log screens. At 1/6 the weight of steel, they are easily installed and have a virtually unlimited useful life. Our racks are presently utilized by major hydro electric, nuclear and fossil generating facilities and water treatment plants throughout the United States.

316L Stainless Steel Coarse and Fine Screens

Custom designed for specific requirements:

• A basket mounted to the bottom edge of the frame will catch any debris that may fall off the screen while it is removed from the water
• Precision cut hooks mate securely with our self-releasing lifting beam for installation and removal.
• Screen frames can be designed with integral rollers for removal under hydrostatic load.

 

Hybrid Rack Systems

We have designed systems with steel frames and non-metallic screens as well as totally none metallic frame/screen systems.
